This site provides claim-bounded public information about LUXION Systems. Guardian Runtime materials are for bounded evaluation, deployment discussion, and institutional orientation—not as guarantees of legal, regulatory, or certification outcomes.

LUXION Systems is presented as an institutional company site. This page describes how contact inquiries and collaboration requests are handled.

Contact form data

When the contact form is configured for direct submission, we collect only the fields you enter: name, organization, role, email, reason for contact, and message. Optional metadata such as source page or campaign source may be included when present in the URL.

Submissions are used solely to review your inquiry and respond if there is a fit. We do not sell contact data, build advertising profiles from form content, or use inquiry messages for unrelated analytics or automated profiling.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, or security-sensitive information through the form. If you prefer not to use the form, you may email [email protected] directly.

Anti-spam and delivery

When direct submission is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may run in your browser to reduce automated abuse. Verified submissions are delivered by email to [email protected] through a transactional email provider (Resend). Message bodies are not written to application logs.

If direct submission is unavailable, the form prepares an email draft in your own mail client. In that mode, nothing is sent from our servers until you choose to send the email.

Retention

We do not maintain a separate inquiry database. Email-only intake follows our mailbox retention practices unless a future change is documented here first.

Site analytics

On production (ecoluxion.com), Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled via automatic setup at the edge — page views and performance, not contact form field content. CTA click measurement runs separately via a lightweight first-party listener: CTA identifier, page path, and optionally the clicked link path or nearest section anchor — not names, emails, organizations, or message bodies. We do not use advertising profiles, sell personal data, or analyze free-text inquiry messages. Failed CTA beacons are ignored silently.

Third-party services and links

Turnstile may set cookies or use browser storage as described in Cloudflare's privacy documentation. Resend processes delivery metadata needed to send inquiry email. Outbound links to Guardian Runtime and other third-party sites are governed by their own policies.
