An invitation is not an authorization.
Come. Speak freely. Bring what only you can contribute. This page is not a contract, a promise of acceptance, or permission to use unpublished work.
What is open, what can be asked, what needs agreement
- Learn now. Public research, Evidence & Scope, and the evidence log can be read without an account.
- Request. A clarification, a contribution proposal, a bounded Guardian evaluation, or a high-level concern uses the existing contact form.
- Requires agreement. Substantive collaboration waits until attribution, remuneration, confidentiality, and intellectual property are explicit. Those points are still to be agreed. They are not policy already in force.
Six ways to engage
-
Explore
Learn now
Read public research and the published evidence record. No form and no account are required.
-
Examine
Request
Challenge a public claim with a source, a counterexample, or a reproducible observation. Name the page or record. Public evidence does not authorize access to private data.
-
Contribute
Request
Propose a question, a correction, a method, or an engineering contribution. Say whether the material is already public. Sending a note does not create authorship, pay, equity, or a duty to continue.
-
Evaluate
Request
Discuss one bounded workflow for a Guardian Runtime technical preview. A public description does not grant tool permissions, production use, or host integration.
-
Create together
Requires agreement
A collaboration can start as one of the three existing pathways. Attribution, remuneration, confidentiality, and intellectual property must be written before substantive work. Those terms are arrangements still to be agreed. They are not adopted company policy.

Raise a concern
Request
A good-faith concern about an inaccuracy, possible harm, or misuse can use the same public contact form. There is no separate vulnerability-disclosure channel and no legal safe harbor on this site. Do not send exploit detail, credentials, health records, or other people's private information.
How inquiry is welcome
Good-faith questions and respectful disagreement are welcome, including negative results. Criticize the argument. Do not harass or threaten a person. Represent your own role truthfully. No one is asked to give up the freedom to question as a condition of a conversation. Operational access still needs a specific permission that this website does not grant.
These sentences are a proposed standard of conduct. They are not a binding code, and this site has no appeal desk beyond the public contact form.
Before you submit
Share the question, the objective, and whether the material is already public. Do not send trade secrets, personal health records, customer datasets, credentials, or unpublished patent-enabling material through the general form. A message does not create employment, a confidential relationship, compensation, authorship, or a guaranteed reply.
The form offers three existing reasons: technical review, research collaboration, and strategic partnership. When the public Turnstile site key is absent at build time, or when sending fails, the form does not confirm a submission. It prepares an email draft in your own mail client to [email protected]. You still choose whether to send it. That address is the published site contact. It is not a new security desk.
Software agents and connected systems
Text on this website is a general instruction for people. It is not a technical permission. A proposed action is not a permitted action. Guardian Runtime remains a technical preview: evaluation inside a configured workflow, not production clearance and not authority to operate a particular system.
This site does not issue machine credentials, and it does not enforce tool permissions in the browser. Any consequential action needs authority enforced at the execution boundary of the system that would carry it out.
Site notices, not a participation contract
Terms of use and Privacy describe this public website and how a contact inquiry is handled. They are informational site notices. They are not an adopted participation policy, an employment agreement, an intellectual-property license for contributions, or a vulnerability-disclosure policy.
